farm notes, june

I stopped for a minute yesterday and looked down...
012-16

and realized that we have definitely crossed over into summer; grungy bare feet, bug nets, a floor that probably should be swept, but won't be anytime soon.

This is the best time of year.

015-8

Everything is growing and reaching with such frenzied energy; I am positive my peas grew six inches
today alone.

005-12
this photo was actually taken yesterday; today the peas were in full blossom, outgrowing their trellis and starting college.

I've had some technical difficulties getting to this space lately. And I've missed it. The processing of my days, my thoughts, and knowing there is a home for the hundereds of photographs I take each week. I'll be back sooner than later.

My favorites from the last few days; 034-10

048-5

040-13

024-7

035-12

003-12

020-20
